Visiting Orangutans in Kalimantan (Borneo)

As part of our farewell to the beautiful Indonesia, of which we’ve seen terribly little in the 6 months we spent there unfortunately, a boathouse tour for 3 days into the jungles of Kalimantan was an irresistible idea. Not to mention the chance of meeting some of the most wonderous cousins we have on this planet.

We did things a bit differently this time however, venturing into the realm of footage and motion instead of our usual words and stills. As with all new ventures, it came with it’s own set of lessons and frustrations, but the final result seemed sufficiently coherent to see the light of day.

To assist your enjoyment we include a few stills as well, although truthfully very little is as amazing as seeing something alive and in person.

Be seeing you ❤
